Description There is a wooded area in Cape Breton that is thicker and harder for your average person to navigate through. In the middle of these deep woods is a shrine. A statue of a norse dragon ship and a marker of a traveling point between the world of the Fae and the land of men. It is a consistent traveling point in between the two that never fades away. It is almost exclusively frequented by Fae because it is so out of the way and difficult to get through that humans tend to steer clear. It is only the most desperate people that tend to head to the deep woods. The woods are always green no matter the time of year and will only get a little snow because of how thick the tree tops are. The same cannot be said for rain if it is raining they’re soaked and slippery. The greens are plush thanks to all of the moss and it smells like algae even through there is not any bodies of water nearby.
